Returns and Refund Policy

World Love Mattress cares about you and your sleep experience. For us to keep providing quality products at prices you love; our return and refund policy is set forth below. Only the contracted party that purchased the product or products matching the name on the original purchase receipt may file a return or refund claim.  World Love Mattress reserves the right to deny a claim if any of its return and refund policy requirements are not met.

 

We ask that you please give your product at minimum 14 nights before initiating a return claim, as it may take at minimum 14 nights for your body to get used to the new premium quality product or products. If you are not fully satisfied with your World Love Mattress purchase within 30 nights of product delivery, you may file a return claim by contact us at customerservice@worldlovemattress.com. This must be done within the specified 30-night time frame. Once a claim has been filed, a World Love Mattress representative will contact you within 14 business days.  If the return or refund claim is approved, we will provide you with a full refund on the amount you paid for the product.  Please reach out to us via email at customerservice@worldlovemattress.com and a representative will get back with you as soon as possible. Please include the following:

  1. Your original proof of purchase (original receipt or confirmation email) including but not limited to the item you purchased, your full contact information displaying your name, email, phone number, and address. World Love Mattress is not responsible for keeping copies of receipts on file for customers, it is up to the customer to retain their own copies of their receipt or receipts.
  2. A photo of the product from a top angle, right side, left side, and bottom (or back side) in sufficient lighting showing the product in its entirety.
  3. A description of why this product didn’t fit your specific needs and what you are looking for that would fit your needs better.

 

World Love Mattress reserves the right to contact you about your purchase and discuss other options to remedy the situation. If you do not respond within 7 nights from the first night we reach out to you through the contact information you provide, we reserve the right to close the claim and no refund or return will be given.

World Love Mattress reserves the right to deny a return claim if there are any Stains, tears, burns, discoloration, or smoke aroma on the product that are caused by you. We also reserve the right to deny any claim for improper use of the mattress or damage to the mattress caused by you.

For mattresses, we will arrange for a free pickup and removal of your mattress if you elect to return it. For all other products, items must be unused, smoke free, and in factory box and packaging.  You will receive a free return shipping label to drop off at your nearest parcel service location. Please include original printed receipt inside the exterior packaging upon returning.

This return and refund policy is only applicable to purchases made through world love mattress directly from worldlovemattress.com and not through any third party retailer including but not limited to Amazon.com.

Once a return claim has been filed and/or a refund has been issued, you are more than welcome to purchase again at world love mattress.com, but please note only 1 return per household and/or shipping address. This means that your purchase after 1 return claim or refund will be Final and Non-Returnable or Refundable.
